Who We Are

At InlandCrew, we are more than a crewing agency β€” we are a movement toward a more human, transparent, and future-ready maritime industry.

Founded by experienced maritime captains and crew managers, we operate with clarity, consistency, and responsibility.

βœ… Career Growth for Crew
We build long-term opportunities for both local talent and international professionals, helping them grow and thrive within the European inland navigation system.

βœ… A Human Approach
We don’t just fill vacancies β€” we build relationships. We care about the people behind the work and support them in every step of their journey.

Looking Ahead

We're currently in the process of aligning with the ZEC (Zona Especial Canaria) framework to further strengthen our legal and ethical foundation in Spain.
